Fees, insurance & cancellations
Fees & insurance
Axis offers both private-pay and insurance-based services, depending on clinician participation and plan eligibility. We encourage you to ask about current insurance participation, out-of-network reimbursement, fees, and payment policies before scheduling.
Cancellation policy
Because consistent attendance supports the work, we ask for at least 24 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments missed or canceled without adequate notice may be subject to a fee. We always try to approach genuine emergencies with flexibility.
